Moulds for concrete fences

Assembly system based on architectural concrete panels 30 x 144 cm, fixed between two posts in the form of an "H" with the side slots to fit the panels. The posts are placed first, then the lower panel levelling it with care to ensure the perfect finish of the assembly and then the following panels that overlap with each other are placed. Finally a finishing or a cornice is placed to give a better finish, so you can get a fence up to 2.5 m in height.

It is important to highlight that the finishes of our fences are double-sized to ensure a harmonious, aesthetic and tough finish.

STONE MOD.

The stone wall system combines the warm atmosphere of natural stone with the durability and economy of the panels, posts and finials of reinforced concrete. It is produced in coloured concrete fulfilling therefore the requirements of an attractive wall without maintenance.

Imitation stone fences

For the production of concrete, it will depend on the number of moulds to produce, but it can work with a conventional drum machine or a planetary mixer.

75 shores hardness and metal countermoulds, best

Mould release agent

It is important to work with a suitable release agent for polyurethane elastomers, otherwise the moulds could quickly deteriorate. Decomol recommends the use of our product Decodes E.

It is necessary to work in mass with thinners and repellents to obtain a good surface finish and offer the highest possible quality of the finished product. Decomol recommends the use of Decofluid.
