Horizontal formworks placement

The execution in horizontal formworks of these single-use plates is performed in the following order:

1. Before placing the plates, the absence of dust, grease, paints, detached material, etc,
that can affect the adhesion of our
glue shall be checked,

2. Presentation of the plate in the forging redesign

3. Attachment of the these sheets to the formwork will be made with glue PS COLASTO, which will be applied
around the perimeter of the sheet and in strips every approximately20 cm and
over the entire surface of the formwork to be covered..

Vertical formworks placement

The execution in vertical formworks of these single-use plates is performed in the following order:

1. Before placing the plates, the absence of dust, grease, paints, detached material, etc,
that can affect the adhesion of our
glue.

2. On the perimeter of the plate, COLASTO glue is placed as well as on its surface
in strips every 20 cm, we wait for about 2 minutes and put the plate putting presure on it with your hands.

Precast overlap in these models is performed by overlaying a plate with another, 2 cms approximately. (depending on the model), following the incorrectly set of the texture and controlling that no crease, nor any incorrectly set drawings are left.

OTHER MODELS

Precast overlap in these models is performed by joining at the sae time the outlines of both sheets,
checking that there are no any creases left in them.

Sealing

For the sealing of joints it recommended the use of our joint tape along all the final joints between the these sheets and then applying heat to them with the help of a industrial dryer and a clothso the joints acquire the final texture of the plates.

Cleaning

Once removed the sheets, the glue residues remaining in the formwork can be easily cleaned with toluene and a sponge. It is not necessary to put pressure while cleaning and it will be enough with smooth rotational movements to remove all the remains from the glue.

Conditions of use

- We recommend the use of COLASTO liquid glueto attach the single-use sheets in all types of
formworks.

- Do not expose the these sheets to the sun for long periods of time

– The sheet does not guarantee flatness as it will depend on the formwork used; It is therefore
recommended the use of well preserved formworks and the assembly of the sheets with
the minimum number of joints.

- Never use release agents as they may damage the sheet and the concrete finish

Dimensional stability: the size of these sheets can vary to 1 cm per lineal meter for every 10 degrees Celsius of temperature variation
Squareness tolerance: length ± 2 mm Width ± 2 mm
